Leander Professional Firefighters Association Endorses David McDonald for Williamson County Commissioner, Precinct 2
David McDonald, current Leander City Council Member and candidate for Williamson County Commissioner, Precinct 2, today announced that the Leander Professional Firefighters Association (LPFA) has endorsed him. Brad Moore, President of the Association, issued the following statement:
“Leander firefighters recognize David McDonald’s exemplary service, not only in representing our city, but also on important public safety issues across Cedar Park and Liberty Hill. We appreciate his respect and advocacy for the fire service as well as his continued commitment to understanding and solving the challenges facing first responders on the job and beyond.
“We are grateful for his consistent, sensible leadership on public safety issues, and we are proud to stand with him. The LPFA strongly endorses David for Williamson County Commissioner, Precinct 2 and we encourage you to join us in voting for him in the upcoming March 2026 primary election.”
